E-Care is HSBC's Online Customer Care website that provides ACE cardholders access to their account : 

   1. Sign up for e-statements / switch off paper statements

   2. View account balance, available credit,  minimum payment due and due date 

   3. View most recent transactions and past statements

   4. Update contact information i.e. home address, phone numbers and email address

   5. Register for email alerts e.g. when statement is available, payment had been received

   6. Order a replacement card

   7. Access to Customer Service via email.
